Baseball Receives Six NAIA Scholar-Athletes
KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics released the 2023 Daktronics NAIA Baseball Scholar-Athletes. The Waldorf baseball team have six athletes named to the list.
Davis Churchman (SR/Ankeny, IA) majoring in K-12 Physical Education, Kade Hobbs (SO/Buffalo Center, IA) majoring in History/Secondary Education, Ryan Miller (JR/Reno, NV) majoring in Business, AJ Toulouse (FR/Marshall, MN) majoring in History, Ryan Webster (SO/Las Vegas, NV) majoring Business Finance, and Nathan Westfield (SO/Indian Harbor Beach, FL) majoring in Health Promotions/Exercise Science.
In order to be nominated by an institution's head coach or sports information director, a student-athlete must maintain a minimum grade point average of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale, must appear on the eligibility certificate for the sport and have attended one full year at said institution.
