Waldorf Esports Weekly Recap

Overwatch 2 0-3 Loss

Your warriors look to bounce back after falling just short in last week's Overwatch 2 matches facing Texas A&M University. Despite the final score being 0-3 in favor of Texas A&M, your Warriors showed great improvement and are showing standout performances from all players on the team. One of our star player of the match was Koalemos, who led the team's efforts on the final map to the last point, 99% to 99% overtime. His versatility is highly valued and great improvement was shown. Our other star player of the match was Futhark. The 6'2 World Cup player from Iceland showed that he is a consistent beacon of hope by showcasing his incredible mechanical skills on multiple support heroes like Baptiste and Kiriko and his ult tracking abilities.

League of Legends team wins 2-0

In a fabulous display of teamwork, your League of Legends team secured a clean 2-0 victory against Wayne State College. Throughout the series two players let their presence be known as a force to be reckoned with. The team's top laner, Carnage00205, showed incredible gameplay that can be viewed back at "https://www.twitch.tv/wu_esports" Carnage00205 proved to be a rock-solid tank by dominating top lane and the enemy team with his pocket pick Urgot in both games. His consistency in tank gameplay allowed us to secure both victories with ease. The spotlight however wasn't just shining on the top laner however as Johnnyboy243, the team's ADC showcased his adaptability over the course of the 2 map series. Waldorf doesn't look to be letting off the gas pedal anytime soon, even after a dominant victory over Wayne State College
