Women's soccer loses at Dakota Wesleyan
MITCHELL, S.D. - The Waldorf women's soccer team began the first of three straight games on the road Wednesday night with a GPAC matchup at Dakota Wesleyan. Waldorf fell to DWU, 6-0.
Dakota Wesleyan scored three goals in each half en route to the conference win. The Tigers got on the board in the 12th minute with an unassisted goal from Lina Miranda. She would tally another goal midway through the second half. For Waldorf, Isabella Bell made 11 saves in net.
Waldorf (0-11, 0-6 in GPAC) next plays Saturday at Hastings.
