
Forest City, IA – Dakota Wesleyan came out on top in a commanding 99-72 victory over Waldorf, overpowering the Warriors with their strong offensive execution and relentless rebounding in a GPAC showdown.
Jakob Dobney led the Tigers with 18 points, while Anthony Riggans added 17 points. Samuel Aslesen chipped in 14 points, and Tampa Scott IV dished out 8 assists. The Tigers stayed aggressive on the boards, outrebounding Waldorf 30-23, and also outshot them in all categories. Dakota Wesleyan's offense was too much for the Warriors to handle.
Waldorf shot 49.2% from the field, led by Ugo Ejiofor's 19 points and Gene Noble's 11 points, but it wasn't enough to overcome the Tigers' offensive and rebounding efforts.
It was a dominant performance for Dakota Wesleyan, as the Tigers clinched another victory. They'll now look to bounce back in their next GPAC matchup to avenge their loss to No. 8 Dordt.
