Waldorf Competes in Maverick Invitational

Mankato, MN- Waldorf University's Track and Field team delivered impressive performances at the Track and Field Invitational held in Mankato, MN on April 18, 2025. The Warriors' athletes showcased their skills and achieved new personal bests, making significant strides in their college-level careers.

During this exciting meet, two Waldorf athletes set personal records. Emma Logeman threw a 34.89 in the Hammer throw event, a remarkable effort that now ranks her 5th all-time in University records. Eve Seedorff also made headlines by throwing a 33.90m in the Hammer throw, earing her a 6th all time University record.

In addition to the field events, the Warriors demonstrated their prowess in the running events as where Alexa Torres ram a 13.49 in the women's 100 and a 27.86 in the women's 200 meter dashes.

Looking ahead, the Waldorf University Track and Field team is gearing up for their next challenge at the Kip Janvrin Open in Indianola, Iowa, scheduled on April 24, 2025.
