Eliza Competes at 2025 NAIA Outdoor Nationals, Finishes 23rd in Women’s 800m

Marion, Ind. – May 23, 2025 — With the electric energy of the 2025 NAIA Outdoor Track & Field National Championships, hosted at Indiana Wesleyan University, Eliza stepped onto the national stage and delivered a strong performance in the women's 800-meter run. Clocking in at 2:18.65, she secured a 23rd-place finish overall among the top competitors from across the country.
The two-day championship meet, held May 22–23, brought together elite student-athletes from NAIA programs nationwide, all vying for national recognition and personal bests. For Eliza, the opportunity marked a milestone in her collegiate track career, showcasing the dedication and effort she has poured into her training throughout the season.
Head coach Janna Langrell praised Eliza's season and her championship performance, saying, "I'm so extremely proud of everything Eliza accomplished this year. She has worked diligently to be the best athlete she could be and it has showed. She ran with heart and represented the university well."
