Men's Bowling - Warriors Place 2nd at Cedar Valley Invite

The Waldorf men's bowling team competed at the Cedar Valley invite over the weekend. The Warriors placed 2nd as a team with an overall score of 8,086 and had three top 20 finishes individually.
"This is the breakthrough I have been waiting for all year with the men," Assistant Coach Justine Brookover stated. "They came together, and broke school records all weekend."

The Warriors bowled 16 baker games with a total of 3,133. Jacob Miner (SR/East Moline, IL) finished 6th, Dalton Saba (SO/Ham Lake, MN) finished 14th, Tyler Harlow (SR/Manvel, ND) got 16th, and Ian Templin (SO/Gaylord, MN) placed 17th.
"Seeing them fight for this 2nd place finish was great. Senior Jacob Miner was just shy of making the All-Tournament Team was an impressive 214 average for a 6th place finish," Brookover said.
Next up for the Warriors is the three-day Hoosier Classic starting on Friday, Feb. 17th.
