Men's Bowling Places Third in Waterloo

WATERLOO, IA - The men's bowling team traveled to Waterloo, Iowa this past weekend to compete against Cedar Valley. The men placed third out of 17 teams with an overall score of 5318.
Waldorf's top bowler was Senior Ian Templin placing 26th out of 128 bowlers. Templin had a tournament average of and a grand total of 608 points. His best game was his first, scoring 224. Not far behind him was junior Noah Ward coming in 30th. Ward averaged 200 points with a grand total of 601. His best game was his third game with a score of 220.
"The was again the best tournament of the year for the guys, both in average and tournament finish. Cadillac Lanes has been good to us this year and they guys have been steadily working better together as a team. At one point we shot 874 for a 4 baker game set, our fifth highest 4 game baker set in school history," said head coach Kyle Swiderski.
The Warriors will finish their season next weekend in Indianapolis, Indiana.
