Waldorf Shooting Sports Competes at Bulldog Invitational

BRAINARD, Neb. - The Shooting Sports Warriors made their way to Concordia University, Nebraska this weekend to compete in the CUNE Bulldog Invitational. The two-day event held 10 teams with 131 total participants. Waldorf had 6 total athletes compete, 3 men and 3 women.
On Friday, the Waldorf team competed in the first round of sporting clays on the green course. The weather posed some obstacles, but the squads battled through it.
On Saturday, the team competed in the second round of sporting clays on the red course. Battling the strong weather again, the Warriors were able to put up even stronger numbers than the day before. The Warriors also competed in Super Sporting on Saturday morning against heavy competition. The Shooting Sports team finished with a total overall of 1,029 as a team.

The Warriors will be on the road again this weekend to compete at the Simpson Shoot Out on Saturday, March 8th, and Sunday, March 9th.
