Women's Bowling Heads to Vegas

Las Vegas, NV - The Waldorf women's bowling team traveled to Las Vegas, Nevada for the Glenn Carlson Las Vegas Invite on December 18-19.
Waldorf placed 29th in the 38-team event with a two day score of 6796. Senior Madison Singleton was the team's top bowler with a 66th place finish. Singleton scored an average of 180.5 in eight games, with her top score being 203. The warriors next best bowler finished just within the top 100 at the 99 spot, Paige Harns. Harns averaged a score of 193.71 in seven games, with a top score of 244.
"The women did a great job of accepting their roles game to game as we did more substitutions than usual. Paige Harns had an awesome game 4 by throwing the front 8 strikes before an untimely split ended her run at a perfect game," says head coach Kyle Swiderski.
The Warriors will continue their season in Las Vegas on the Collegiate Shoot-out on December 20-21.
