Women's Bowling Takes a Fourth Place Finish in Waterloo

WATERLOO, IA - The women's bowling team traveled back to Waterloo, Iowa this past weekend to compete in the Cedar Valley. The Warriors placed 4th out of 13 teams with a grand total of 4772 points.
Waldorf's top bowler was junior Paige Harns, placing 17th out of 95 bowlers. She had a tournament average of 192.3 with a total score of 577. Her best game was her second with a score of 230. Just out of the top 30 was sophomore Jadyn Collins placing 31st. Collins had a tournament average of 177.7 and a total score of 533. Her best game was also her second with a score of 193.
"This was the highest average event for our women all season. They put up a good showing against a lot of teams which will definitely help their postseason chances," said head coach Kyle Swiderski.
The Warriors will finish their season next weekend in Indianapolis, Indiana.
