FOREST CITY, Iowa - The Waldorf men's soccer team hosted Midland as part of Homecoming Saturday at Waldorf. Midland topped Waldorf for the GPAC win.
Midland scored six goals in each half to win 12-0. Midland got on the board in the first minute on a goal by Ruben Pernia. Shortly thereafter, Waldorf was assessed a red card meaning they would be a man down the rest of the game. Midland would capitalize on the advantage. Adnan Boulaghmal scored five goals for Midland. Despite playing shorthanded, Waldorf played hard and was able to get off 12 shots. Jeremiah Amador made 10 saves in net for Waldorf.
Waldorf (0-8-1, 0-4 in GPAC) next plays Wednesday at Dakota Wesleyan.
