MADISON, S.D. – The Waldorf volleyball team continued their road games for an NSAA conference match against the Dakota State Trojans. The Warriors fell in three.
"We didn't play at our best today, and Dakota St. played well and was able to take advantage of our lapses," stated Head Coach Bri Ebenhoe. "We will continue to work this week to be better when we are on the road again next weekend."
Sydney Kidd (FR/Roscoe, IL) finished with a team-high of six kills. Kenzie Kidd (SR/Roscoe, IL) and Annie Stotlar (JR/Davenport, IA) each added five kills. Kaylee Kidd (SR/Roscoe, IL) tallied 18 digs and Kenzie added 10. Emma Hovenga (SR/Forest City, IA) finished with 14 assists.
The Warriors will return to conference play with an away weekend starting with Dickinson State on Friday, September 29th at 7 pm.
