Waldorf D1 Hockey Falls to Jimmies
JAMESTOWN, N.D. – The Waldorf D1 hockey team completed their weekend series against the University of Jamestown Jimmies on Saturday afternoon and lost 7-0.
The Jimmies took an early and big lead after the first period by scoring three goals.
In the second period, the Jimmies extend their lead to five with adding two more goals.
The next goal for the Jimmies came off of a power-play against the Warriors and closed out the game with another goal to take the win 7-0.
Waldorf goalkeeper Gaige Reimer (FR/Medicine Hat, AB) finished the game with 60 saves.
The D1 hockey team will be back on their home ice for a weekend series against McKendree for homecoming weekend starting on Friday, October 6th at 7 pm.
