Warriors fall short in postseason matchup against McKendree
The Warriors played a hard-fought game on Friday against Mckendree University. Austin Mood-Flagg (SR/Slave Lake, Alberta) set the pace of the game by scoring the first goal at 8:08. In the second quarter McKendree scored but JJ Adams (JR/Rocky Mountain House, AB) quickly responded with a goal and an assist by Jake Lindblom (SR/Pine City, MN) with 3:46 on the clock. At 7:55 Jake Lindblom scored to bring the score to 3-2. The Warriors were leading into the 3rd period. The Bearcats added 3 more goals in the 3rd period that made the final score 3-5.
Waldorf Goalkeeper Gage Reimer had 57 saves out of 61 shot attempts.
The Warriors conclude their 23'-24' season with a record of 3-27-2.
