STORM LAKE, Iowa - The Waldorf women's soccer team stayed in-state for a road contest at Buena Vista. The Beavers scored three first half goals and defeated Waldorf, 3-1.
Buena Vista outshot the Warriors 9-1 in the first half with three of those shots scoring for goals in the 11th, 17th, and 32nd minutes. Waldorf held the Beavers to just six shot attempts with only one shot on goal in the second half. Waldorf's goal came in the 89th minute on a free kick off the foot of Jamison Graham.
Waldorf (0-4) remains on the road for another non-conference tilt Wednesday at Viterbo.
