FOREST CITY, Iowa - The Waldorf women's soccer team hosted Northwestern Saturday night for a GPAC contest. Northwestern scored two goals in each half to gain a 4-0 win over the Warriors.
Northwestern's first goal came in the 23rd minute off the foot of Avril Baccam. Just before the half, Taylor Brennan scored for Northwestern to make it 2-0 at the break. Northwestern added goals in the 62nd and 81st minutes to give the game its final score. Lucia Serrano made 12 saves in net for Waldorf.
It was senior night for the soccer teams. Larissa Harman and Paige Rands were honored in between games.
Waldorf (0-16, 0-10 in GPAC) plays their final GPAC game Wednesday at Briar Cliff.
