Warriors Fall to #14 University of Mary
MANDAN, N.D. – The Waldorf D1 Hockey team traveled to the #14 University of Mary Marauders for a weekend series. On Friday, Zak Molstad scored the Warriors' one goal in the second period. The Marauders scored ten throughout the game and finished 10-1.
On Saturday, the Marauders scored three goals in the first period. The Warriors scored twice in the second period: one by Spencer Clark assisted by JJ Adams and one by Zak Molstad assisted by Dominic Toews. Both teams held each other to those goals, and University of Mary won 3-2.
The Warriors finish their regular season next weekend against Iowa State University. Game one on Friday, February 7 will be in Ames, Iowa at 7:30pm. Game two on Saturday, February 8 will be in Albert Lea, Minn. at 7pm.
