Men's basketball announces 2024-25 schedule

FOREST CITY, Iowa - Waldorf men's basketball head coach Nigel Jenkins has announced the Warriors 2024-25 schedule. The season marks the team's first in the Great Plains Athletic Conference (GPAC).

The season begins October 31 with an in-state road matchup in Cedar Rapids against Mount Mercy. Four more road games follow before the men's basketball takes the home court for the first time against NCAA Division III opponent Luther College on November 13. The Warriors head back on the road for two straight before returning home for their GPAC home opener against Mount Marty on November 23. That marks the first of four straight home games. The list includes home tilts with Morningside (Nov. 26), Oak Hills Christian College (Nov. 30), and Northwestern (Dec. 4). The last home game of the 2024 calendar year is December 14 against Concordia (Neb.).

The first home game of 2025 comes on the second day of the new year against Midland. It's the first of four home dates in January. Waldorf entertains Dordt on January 8 and Doane on January 11. Two weeks later, the Warriors home Hastings January 25.

Waldorf wraps up the home portion of their schedule in February against Briar Cliff on February 12 and Dakota Wesleyan February 19.
